Get fit with 6 minutes a day

I read in an article recently about the idea of being able to get fit and loose weight with only 6 minutes a day. This really intrigued me as I now have limited time to train. Joe Friel also blogged about it (http://is.gd/1CGsA). The catch? well you have to do it at a very high intensity.

I thought about this for a while and decided that you could do 6 1 minute intervals with a warm up and probably a long rest interval. Next thing was to give it a go.

But I couldn't just do 6 minutes! That although the title of the article is not sensible! Instead I broke in up into a warm up, 6x1m with 3m rest and a warm down.
